When is the earliest date you can get an MOT

You can get an MOT up to a month (minus a day) before it runs out and keep the same renewal date. If your MOT runs out on 15 May, the earliest you can get an MOT to keep the same renewal date for next year is 16 April.

Bertie's Service Garage

Went into what used to be our family garage to find the owner has deservingly retired. My visit was to enquire about a broken coil spring mentioned my service & mot was due next month but as keyworkers can’t be without my car. Young gentleman told me not a problem they could start work right away. My car was dropped off at 9am had repair work done, service and MOT and was delivered back to me at 2pm fabulous service, reasonable price highly recommended. I’ll be back Thankyou very much👌👍

I can highly recommend Bertie’s service garage, I recently used Josh and his team for my MOT and they were extremely helpful and very professional whilst carrying out this job for me.
